  Really great service! Room was spacious and a close walk to the strip mall. Shuttle bus from the hotel to the hill comes every half hour, and it's super close. Went on the last weekend of the ice sculptures, so it was quite busy and couldn't get the proper room we needed, so i ended up sleeping on the futon. Futon was what you would expect from a futon, but I would definitely stay here again!

  The hotel was spectacular, gorgeous, clean, and amazing staff. My only complaints were the bed was SO uncomfortable, and the shower sucked. I can live with that. The loft like rooms were great for my coworkers, and my family fit well into the hotel style rooms. I spent time in the lobby (hanging out) and the pool, and were happy with both. I would definitely come back when I'm in Lake Louise again.

  Modern place. Some thirty years ago. Desperately needs some upgrades. Correct service, nice location. However, room/suite rates do not reflect the level of expectation. In England, France, Germany etc. one exactly knows what they will get for so many dollars spent. Apparently not in Alberta.

  Inconsistent service, dirty. Poorly maintained equipment in lofts. Lovely setting though. The actual facilities seem good but the lack of attention to detail and poor client experience stand out. Toilets, showers, kitchen were clean. Carpets, couch, light switches were filthy. Taps, dishwasher, even paper towel holder all needed TLC. Previous guests water bottle was still on the ground behind night stand. Pool change rooms were frightful. This could have been such a lovely experience if the service was more consistent. Had I not stayed here previously, I would have rated 2 stars.

  Beautiful area and views. Fairly decent room prices. Rooms we’re spacious but cold despite the heaters on high (possibly harder to heat because our room had high ceilings). Our party hated the parking situation or lack thereof. Seemed like people we’re just parking anywhere and taking up a lot of space due to the toy haulers and RVs. Complained about it but not much could be done so it was like first come first serve parking so just a heads up. Restaurant in the main building up the stairs was good with friendly staff but not enough tables.
