  The staff went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable. For example, we asked them for food suggestions around Lake Louise. Instead of just handing us a dining menu, the girl at the front desk spent a good 10-15 minutes telling us about various locations, including personal recommendations. On another occasion, we started laundry too late and our drying wasn't done yet by their closing time. They kept the laundry room open even after their office closure.

  Love the complimentary oatmeal and coffee tea. Has microwave and dishes and cutlery. Everything was clean and tidy. That fireplace is a lovely touch.

  Rooms were regularly cleaned and restocked. I thought the snacks they leave in the room was a nice and thoughtful touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job and had a good sense of humour. Every day we would come back to our room to find a little "montage" created out of a stuffed toy and other objects in the room. Whoever did that, thanks for making our stay fun!

  We spent about 2 weeks between Banff and Jasper and the 3 nights we spent at Paradise Lodge were probably the best in terms of accommodation.

  They have a nice open area with tables and chairs for you to enjoy dinner or a drink outside. The property is just off the main road to Lake Louise. So you do get some noise during the day, but it's nothing major.

  Unit 32 has a water bubbling noise coming from within the walls that is louder than the provided fan, bring a sleep aid. The property is really nice and I'm sure a suite without the strange noise would be great. At over $400 for the night it could have been much better.

  My husband and I are here for part of our honeymoon! We love the beautiful, well kept cabins! We first came here years ago when we first started dating and LOVED it! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. The cabins are extremely well kept and clean. It's a perfect spot to be near to many hot spots and still feel you have privacy.
